SUMMARY The Information Security Engineering and Operations Manager serves a critical, global leadership role responsible for the development, implementation and operations of the enterprise security architecture, engineering and operations. This role is responsible for the security framework and standards which govern security practices company-wide to protect corporate and client information as well as drive implementation of the target security architecture. This position will bring not only leadership but also technical expertise mentoring team members as well as an active team member driving objectives to completion. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day operations including direct staff and functional staff objectives across all regions Establish and maintain the right team and processes to continually deliver across the enterprise including contractors, consultants and suppliers Coach and lead team members, nurture talent to develop a broad skillset relevant to their career development Drive adoption of new tools, techniques and technologies understanding their value and impact Support and collaborate with multiple teams including Security Risk Compliance and Information Technology Directly contribute to the development and execution of a multiyear roadmap for the overall Information Security Program Establish and maintain operational SOPs for all responsible areas and technologies Establish, maintain and report metrics to accurately track the current state of defenses, protections and performance Manage the Incident and Crisis Management program to quickly detect, respond, and resolve security incidents Manage the Threat and Vulnerability Management program including event monitoring Assist with the creation, adoption, and maturing of the threat modeling and security requirements functions and processes Responsible for the information security architecture framework and standards that governs security practices enterprise-wide Manage, promote and monitor the Global Information Security training and awareness program MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 10 years of Information Security experience showing increased levels of responsibility 3 years of experience leading and managing Information Security Engineering and Operations Proven leadership, performance management, project management and organizational skills Proven record of setting cross-functional team objectives and delivering results Ability to work independently with or without direction andor supervision Proven record of accepting responsibility and personal accountability Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior business executives and managers Technical ability to provide hands-on work when needed Strong written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Maintain expertise on security technologies and trends through training, research and development to mitigate potential security exposures Industry certifications related to information security Experience in budgeting and organization fiscal responsibility Strong knowledge of industry frameworks, such as ISO and NIST Global enterprise experience preferred Associated topics: chief program officer, cpo, manage, manager, management, monitor, product manager, project manager, relationship manager, task
