Responsibilities: Provides management and leadership to the IT Department, supporting daily operations and enhancing IT systems and services. Conducts ongoing analysis of COMPANYs current system utilization and needs. Leads IT operational planning to achieve business goals. Establishes IT departmental goals and operating procedures. Estimates IT project costs and assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments. Leads approved IT projects from start to finish and ensures timelines are met, projects stay within budget and provides continuous communication and updates to the Senior Team and affected staff. Responsible for maintaining the Companys existing phone system. Handles data security, data back-up, and disaster recovery plans. Commissions new PCs, laptops, any new servers, and will be responsible for maintaining hardware inventory. Oversees the development and maintenance of the systems architecture. Coordinates and manages information reporting needs and data analysis for the Company. Develops and oversees technology related user-training programs. Develops and maintains Company policies and standards for the operation of IT systems, including procedures and checklists for IT tasks associated with employee on-boarding and termination.
Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree Minimum of 5 years relevant IT experience Microsoft Certification Strong WAN/LAN knowledge and experience Experience with SANs IT Project Management experience Coding or scripting abilities Leadership experience
