As SAP Training Management, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serving as uPerform System and Publishing Administrator
  • Creating, maintaining, and publishing course templates and content
  • Developing simulation files CCreating and maintaining audio files
  • Modernizing course content from Ancile Info Pak to Ancile uPerform
  • uPerform project administration
  • uPerform Workflow
  • Master repository architecture/structure/hierarchy and permissions
  • Managing Work Area Publishing content
  • Authoring content
  • Reporting
  • SAP LSO-relevant T-Codes
  • Imparting SAP Training qualifications
  • Trouble-shooting connections Repository Explorer
  • Identifying, analyzing, and providing root cause analysis
  • Resolving customer issues related to uPerform and SAP LSO
  • Review business process changes and identify impacts to training courses
  • Relocation to the Harrisburg, PA area, United States Citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Clearance is a requirement.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10 years of experience in Ancile uPerform tool on both the server and client side
  • 5 year experience with the SAP Learning Solutions (LSO) tool/equivalent tool
  • Knowledge in new emerging technologies such as SAP HANA or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary government clearance
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in the applicable functional areas listed below:Ancile uPerform (Version 5.20 or higher)SAP LSO and SAP Authoring Environment (SAP AE_RE) or equivalentHEATBPPs


  • Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Previous Federal government experience
  • Active Government Security Clearance
