Title HRIS Project Manager (Peoplesoft) Location Philadelphia, PA Job Type FulltimePermanent Responsibilities Responsible for managing all HCM PeopleSoft projects from conception to implementation in partnership with HR and IT. This position is responsible for coordinating all planning, development, testing (unit, system and user acceptance) and implementation of all software releases and customizations to the application and operating system software environments using detailed project work plans. Follows project development life-cycle standards in implementing projects and manages staffing, task assignment, internal staff productivity, and external consulting resource allocation. Communicates with senior management, end user management, IT staff, external consultants and vendors to achieve TJU, TJUH and JUP Senior Management objectives. Manages project staff (internal, vendors, outside consultants), project workload and development of applications for major system development and implementation. Administers project development life-cycle standards, which includes the standards related to specification of requirements, design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and follow-up tasks for projects Qualifications Required 15+ years of functional experience in HR operations like time keeping, payroll, benefits, recruiting systems etc., HCM support and integration with Financial and other systems like timekeeping.
